Surgery for the Minister of Education to Address Injury

The Minister of Education, Athina Michaidou, underwent a second surgical procedure today. The surgery was on her hand, which had been injured in an accident last November. After months of treatment and rehabilitation for her leg, she proceeded with this hand surgery. Reports indicate that she will return to her duties at the Ministry in a few days. Her condition appears to be good.
