Reception of the Holy Light in Cyprus

The Holy Light arrived in Cyprus on Holy Saturday and was welcomed with honors. Aegean flight departed from Athens and landed at the old Larnaca airport, with priests participating in the transfer. Security measures and military music were present at the airport. The Metropolitan of Vostron received the Holy Light, which will also be transferred to Lebanon. After the reception, it will be handed over to the Archbishop and distributed across various areas of Cyprus.
