Enlistment Process for New Recruits in the National Guard

This year's enlistment of recruits in the National Guard is expected to be slightly reduced, with about 80 fewer recruits compared to last year. The number may fluctuate based on deferments and expatriate returns. Nicosia and Limassol have the highest percentages of recruits. Recruits are particularly interested in special forces. The enlistment process has been made easier with the introduction of a new helpline and an online platform that will be operational soon.
