Recent fires occurred in various areas, leading to significant activity from the Fire Service. A two-story house in the Pera Oreinis community suffered extensive damage, but the residents were able to escape safely. Nearby homes were evacuated as a precaution. Additionally, a fire broke out in an abandoned site in Nicosia, while ambulances in Geroskipou were damaged. Investigations into the causes are ongoing.
