Request for Extension of Tank Truck Licenses by the Association of Fuel Retailers

The Association of Fuel Retailers warns of potential protests if a five-year extension is not granted for their tank truck licenses. The President, Savvas Prokopiou, stated that immediate implementation of the decree is practically impossible. They are requesting intervention from the Minister of Transport to avoid supply issues. He also noted that over 95% of the tank trucks do not meet the required standards. The association is prepared to immobilize their trucks by June 9 if solutions are not provided.
