24-Year-Old Worker in Critical Condition After Traffic Accident

A 24-year-old worker is in critical condition after being hit by a vehicle while performing road work on the Limassol-Paphos highway. The 37-year-old driver tested positive for cocaine during a preliminary check and claimed he did not see the warning signs. Despite an attempt by a colleague to save the worker, the vehicle struck him. The worker was taken to a hospital where serious injuries were confirmed. His health remains critical.
