New Plan for Settling Overdue Contributions to the Social Insurance Fund

The new plan for settling overdue contributions to the Social Insurance Fund has been implemented. It targets employers and self-employed individuals with debts up to February 2026. Debtors can repay in up to 54 monthly installments, with a minimum installment amount based on their debt. Additionally, if debts are settled earlier, there is a possibility of a reduction in additional charges. Applications can be submitted electronically until September 14.
