Themistocles Arnaoutis, while heading the Police Station in Perachorio, failed to provide instructions to investigate his mother’s complaint about domestic violence in 2013. However, three years later, as an officer, he issued guidelines for the investigation of such incidents. Investigators have suggested prosecuting Arnaoutis for neglecting his duties.
