Evacuation of hazardous apartment buildings in Larnaca

The Larnaca District Authority is making decisions about the evacuation of dangerous apartment buildings in the city. At least one apartment building in Chryso Politis will be evacuated, affecting 17 apartments and 2 shops. The residents will be temporarily accommodated in hotels. Additionally, four more apartment buildings are expected to be evacuated soon. There is an emphasis on the need for inspections and protection of unregistered hazardous buildings.
