Dangerous Buildings in Larnaca: Deadlines and Evacuation Orders for Property Owners

The Larnaca District Administration Organization has confirmed that there are 35 dangerous residential buildings in the city and district. Property owners are given a period to rectify the issues, or evacuation orders will be issued. The president of the organization, Angelos Chatzicharalambous, mentioned decisions were made on how to handle the issue in cooperation with local authorities. Some buildings have already been evacuated and demolished due to safety concerns. Property owners are urged to take action to restore their buildings.
