Increase in Applications for Residential Buildings in Limassol

Limassol is experiencing significant construction growth, with around 1,000 applications for planning and building permits submitted monthly. The director of the District Administration Organization reported that two-thirds of 8,500 pending cases have been processed, aiming to complete this by year-end. The pace of applications remains steady despite geopolitical developments affecting the area. There is considerable interest in high-rise buildings, with many applications in the processing stage. Applications are assessed based on legislation and existing infrastructure.
