Adjustment of Personal Doctors' Reimbursements by OAY

The Health Insurance Organization has begun the process of adjusting the reimbursements for personal doctors. Scientific societies requested less bureaucracy and more authority during their meeting with the OAY. Doctors pointed out the need for changes in vaccination processes and GESY regulations. The OAY's proposal includes a 70%-30% ratio between capitation payments and quality criteria. This development follows years of discussions regarding the compensation methods for personal doctors.
