Tourism Project 'The Rocks' Development in Pentakomos

The project 'The Rocks' is set to be developed at the beach location of Argaki tou Mavrou in the community of Pentakomos, moving through the licensing process. It will include a luxury hotel, villas, and apartments, aiming to boost tourism in the area. Approval of the Master Plan is the first step and is expected to be completed by 2029. Some existing structures will be demolished to facilitate the project. The development targets high-income tourism.
