Death of 18-month-old infant in Heraklion

In Heraklion, Crete, an 18-month-old infant passed away in the hospital despite doctors' efforts for 48 minutes to save her. The child's grandfather, who was caring for her, was arrested for neglect as her parents work outside Crete. The child had health issues and had been examined by a pediatrician a few days earlier. Unfortunately, due to her condition, she suffered a cardiac arrest. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding this tragic case.
