Such actions frequently lead to serious consequences for those targeted. Despite existing legal restrictions, the lack of monitoring mechanisms makes it challenging to oversee violations. Developing critical thinking is crucial in distinguishing useful critique from harmful defamation. The legal framework secures freedom of expression but needs to focus on protecting human dignity.
