Reintroduction of State-Allocated Plots at Affordable Prices

After 15 years, the government is reintroducing the allocation of plots at affordable prices. The process will be conducted by the Ministry of Interior and the Cyprus Land Development Corporation. A total of 135 plots will be available in areas like Nicosia and Limassol. The estimated prices will be about one-third of the current market values. The procedures are currently in the phase of issuing building and town planning permits.
