Renovation of the Linear Park in Nicosia with Innovations

The renovation of the Linear Park in Nicosia involves deep excavation of the pedestrian area to replace the existing pavement material with a more durable one. The pedestrian path will include new lanes for pedestrians and cyclists, with spaces in between for lighting and landscaping. Additionally, 14 pedestrian bridges will be constructed in various areas. The project is expected to cost €30 million and be completed by 2029. Construction work is set to begin in July 2027.
