Staff Shortages Across Various Professions in Cyprus

Cyprus faces significant workforce shortages in 63 professions, particularly in healthcare and technology. The largest shortages are observed among nurses, programmers, and medical equipment technicians. At the same time, there are 11 professions experiencing a surplus of labor. The aging population and increased demand for healthcare services contribute to this issue. If these imbalances persist, it will be challenging to meet the labor market's needs.
