Fines for Doctors for Non-compliance with GHS Regulations

Two doctors, an endocrinologist and a nephrologist, were found prescribing hormones to patients under the GHS for non-approved indications. The third doctor, an orthopedist, was claimed to have billed for examinations that he did not perform. The Insurance Organization imposed fines totaling €11,500 on the three doctors after checks and patient complaints. Their violations included unjustified prescriptions and recording procedures that had not been performed. These actions indicate serious deviations from GHS regulations.
