Introduction of a New Contributor Category to the Social Insurance Fund

The new pension reform introduces an innovative category of contributors called 'income earners'. These are individuals who have never contributed to the Social Insurance Fund but receive social pensions. With the changes, those who have other sources of income will be required to pay contributions. This will help increase their pension amounts.
