Exhumation of Poet Vasili Michailidis' Remains in Limassol

The exhumation process of the remains of Vasili Michailidis is taking place at the Saint Nicholas cemetery in Limassol. Bones have been discovered, including a part of the spinal column, for further analysis and identification. The exhumation is conducted by a scientific team, with hope that the remains belong to the poet. This process has been approved by the Limassol District Court. The exhumation is based on new scientific guidelines and will include DNA testing.
