Response of Turkey to European Parliament Resolution on Cyprus

Turkey strongly criticized the European Union following the approval of a resolution by the European Parliament regarding Cyprus. Additionally, it expressed support for a statement from the 'Foreign Ministry' of the so-called state in the occupied territories. It emphasized that the EU's stance is drifting away from impartiality on the Cyprus issue. Ankara is concerned about the increasingly one-sided position of European institutions.
