Criticism of the Government Regarding Digital Television Transition

The Democratic Alarm has criticized the Government for four serious mistakes in the transition to the new digital television system. These mistakes have resulted in 110,000 vulnerable households facing issues, with thousands seeing 'NO SIGNAL'. While the transition to DVB-T2 is necessary, the planning and execution in Cyprus were inadequate. There is a highlight of the lack of support for vulnerable groups and the absence of coordination among ministries. Finally, solutions for improving the situation are proposed.
