New Legislation Supporting People with Disabilities

The new legislation for people with disabilities includes increases in benefits and a gradual inclusion of new beneficiaries. From 2026 to 2028, around 5,000 individuals will be added to the system with additional state funding. Current beneficiaries will retain their benefits. The reform promotes autonomy and equal participation of individuals with disabilities in society. The implementation plan consists of three phases for better adaptation and information dissemination.
