Power Outages in Lakatamia Due to Fault

On Sunday afternoon, there were power outages in areas of Lakatamia due to a fault in the Electricity Authority of Cyprus network. The affected areas include Agios Mamas and Anthoupolis, as well as part of the Archangelos-Anthoupolis area near the Nicosia Mall. The outage was likely caused by heat or moisture. The outages lasted a few minutes, and restoration is expected to be completed by 4:30 PM. The Electricity Authority is working to restore power.
