Guterres' Visit to Cyprus: Meetings with Political Leaders

The UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, will visit Cyprus from July 27 to 29. He will be accompanied by senior UN officials, including Rosemary DiCarlo and Jean-Pierre Lacroix. His meetings will include separate discussions with President Nicos Christodoulides and Turkish Cypriot leader Tufan Erhürman. Additionally, a trilateral meeting is planned, along with consultations with bi-communal committees and representatives from civil society organizations. This visit will mark the first time a UN Secretary-General has visited Cyprus since 2010.
