New Student Residences and Building for TEPAK's School of Geotechnical Sciences

TEPAK is moving forward with the construction of a new building for the School of Geotechnical Sciences and Environmental Management at the University. The rector announced the dispatch of a letter for the call of an architectural competition. Meanwhile, work on the new student residences is in full swing, with the first 150 rooms expected to be delivered by August. The residences will offer fully equipped rooms with a social rent of €350 per month. The project's completion is anticipated in 2027, addressing student housing challenges in Limassol.
