Changes in Public Electronic Transaction Management

The decision to assign management of the public electronic transactions took four years to be finalized. JCC PAYMENT SYSTEMS LTD, which managed these transactions since 2010, lost the contract to VivaBank. The tender began in 2022 and required time to address the appeals. The contract will last 67 months, with renewal options. JCC filed appeals, but none were accepted.
