Finalization of Pension Reform Bill on August 5

On August 5, the final text of the pension reform bill is expected to be finalized following meetings between the relevant ministers. The aim is to present the bill at the first session of Parliament around September 20 and to start its implementation from January 1, 2027. The reform will include subsidized credits for vulnerable groups, such as stay-at-home mothers and persons with disabilities. Discussions are set to address differing views with the unions in order to reduce disagreements. The initiative has a human-centered approach aimed at improving pensions.
