Release of Savvas Kakos with Ongoing Investigations

62-year-old businessman Savvas Kakos has been released after his detention order was completed. He was arrested on July 28 and was expected to be held for four days. Even after his release, investigations continue into ten serious offenses allegedly committed from 2022 to 2024. The offenses include conspiracy, forgery, and fraud. The Larnaca Police continue to investigate the case.
