Father Allowed to Travel to the UK for Child's Funeral

The 37-year-old father of the three-year-old boy who tragically died in an accident in Paphos will be allowed to travel to the UK for his child's funeral. The Paphos Criminal Court temporarily lifted the restrictions imposed on the father while requiring a €10,000 guarantee. The incident occurred when the child fell from an open window at their hotel while the father was supposed to be watching him. The father faces charges of negligent supervision of the child. The trial will resume on September 17th.
