Commercial Redevelopment of the Old GSP: Tender Completed

The old GSP will gain new shops and restaurants as the tender for its commercial redevelopment has been completed. The selected consortium includes well-known Cypriot companies and will manage five establishments. Work on the internal layout of the spaces will begin soon, with the shops expected to open within 4-6 months. Concurrently, procedures are moving forward for the establishment of a Citizens' Service Center, which is set to be operational by 2027. These developments are anticipated to enhance the commercial and social life of Nicosia.
