Affordable Housing Initiative with €20 Million Funding from K.O.A.G.

The Land Development Organization (K.O.A.G.) announced that it will allocate €20 million for the construction of 250 affordable housing units. These new units will be offered for sale or rent at reduced prices, providing opportunities for affordable housing. Participating builders will be required to sell the homes below market rates. In Limassol, where rents are already high, K.O.A.G. is considering offering even lower rental prices. This plan aims to improve housing accessibility for citizens.
