Restructuring of Public Service and the Need for Improvements

The President of the Republic has been informed, and a mixed committee is being formed to address the problems and propose solutions. By the end of September, the committee will submit recommendations to the President for improving the situation. A significant issue remains the lack of knowledge among promoted employees coming from different departments.
