Measures to Address Violence Against Healthcare Professionals

In a meeting convened by the Minister of Health, specific measures were set to prevent incidents of violence against healthcare professionals. The police and the State Health Services Organization will collaborate to train staff in managing aggressive behaviors. A working group will be formed to assess critical points in hospitals for their security. Additionally, protocols for managing violence incidents will be developed. The aim is to provide psychological support to healthcare professionals impacted by such incidents.
