Stavros Floros filed a $100 million lawsuit against Survivor producer Acun Ilıcalı after suffering a severe accident during the reality show. The injury resulted in the amputation of his left leg. Floros claims that there wasn't sufficient safety during filming and that there was heavy boat traffic in the area.
