Timelines for the New Armored Vehicle of Christodoulides

Christodoulides may manage to acquire the new armored vehicle, but the construction time could take between 6 to 12 months. If the budget is approved promptly by Parliament, the vehicle could be ready by March 2027; otherwise, delays are possible. In the case of delays, the President might not use the vehicle at all before the 2028 elections. Calculations indicate that if delays occur, delivery could be very close to the elections. Additionally, the time needed for staff training on the vehicle has not been factored in.
