Changes to the Public Recruitment System

The government aims to change the current public recruitment system, which has proven to be time-consuming and ineffective. Many positions remain vacant for long periods due to the hiring process. Currently, candidates must pass written examinations to apply for positions. There are proposals to introduce a new recruitment system that will be more efficient.
