New Evaluation Process for Officials' Protection

Starting in September, a new process will be implemented for providing police protection to political figures and state officials. The Police will be responsible for assessing the risk and determining the necessary protection measures. Existing protective details will be reevaluated and terminated where no need is documented. This change follows an opinion from the Legal Service. Reevaluations will occur every six months or whenever deemed necessary.
