Cyprus Prepares for Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination Campaign

The first signs of rising winter infections are appearing in Europe, according to the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control. Cyprus expects to receive 170,000 flu vaccines and 125,000 COVID-19 vaccines. Vaccinations will also include pregnant women and children with specific criteria. The increase in laboratory detections suggests that respiratory viruses are beginning to return. However, this situation does not indicate that a major outbreak has started.
