The Land Allocation Scheme offers the opportunity for families of Cypriot citizens under 45 to acquire state land at 25% of its market value. Eligible participants must meet specific income and geographical criteria. Approximately 500 plots are available across five districts, with applications starting soon. Beneficiaries will have three years to complete the construction of a home. There will be limitations on the size and subsequent sale of the property.
