Investigation of Doctors Involved in Mazonakis Death Case

The two doctors involved in the death of Giorgos Mazonakis are under investigation for potential money laundering by the Authority for Combating Money Laundering. Their financial accounts and assets will be examined. If there are indications of wrongdoing, asset seizure will be requested. The defendants will be held in special areas of Korydallos Prison for safety reasons. They are being prosecuted for intentional homicide with possible intent due to negligence.
