Fine imposed on Agora platform for lack of cooperation

The investigation by the Data Protection Commissioner into the Agora platform of MEP Feidias Panagiotou concluded with a fine of €6,000. The investigation began in 2025 when the Authority found a breach related to the obligation to cooperate. The Commissioner found that the responsible party did not fully cooperate during the process. The decision was made based on the seriousness and duration of the violation. The fine was imposed according to the General Data Protection Regulation.
