New Findings of Missing Persons' Remains in Cyprus

This week, remains of missing persons were found in three areas of Cyprus by the DAA. In total, four individuals' remains were discovered, including both single and mass graves. Leonidas Pantelidis emphasized the need for access to Turkish military records regarding collective burials from 1974. Mario Harciotis highlighted the state's duty to clarify the fate of the missing and the need for intensified efforts. Authorities continue to seek information and cooperation from Turkey.
