Challenges in Accessing Healthcare Services and Financial Burdens for Patients

A number of complaints regarding difficulties in accessing healthcare services were recorded in August by the Patient Rights Observatory of OSAK. Patients reported challenges in finding caregivers and financial burdens from consumable products. A mother of a child requiring respiratory support is struggling to find a caregiver, while others are paying out of pocket for essential supplies. OSAK stresses the need to address gaps in patient care. A total of 30 complaints were submitted, mainly concerning access to healthcare services.
