Obstacles for Greek Cypriot Farmers within British Bases

The Commissioner for Agricultural Payments mentioned that subsidies are hard to obtain in areas not controlled by the Republic. He also highlighted the seriousness of the situation in the buffer zone and the presence of Turkish farmers in those areas.
