October 4, 2026
This year's October 1st parade in Cyprus was significant due to the display of new weapon systems and the participation of foreign contingents. These participations highlight the international recognition of the Republic of Cyprus and the importance of strategic alliances. Reactions from certain countries after recent events indicated that these partnerships are meaningful. For the first time, American weapon systems participated without restrictions, and the UK sent military personnel, demonstrating the importance of cooperation with Cyprus. This parade sends strong messages on an international level.
