Update on the Teacher Appointment System and Planned Changes

A closed registry will be created with clear criteria for substitutes and temporary teachers, with 50% of appointments coming from it. The examination will maintain the comparability of results until 2033 and will be held every three years. The proposal aims to improve the assessment process and suggests specific changes to facilitate candidates. The process will take effect from September 1, 2027, aiming to fill vacant positions.
