Dismantling of Sexual Exploitation Ring in Ibiza

Spanish authorities have dismantled a sexual exploitation ring in Ibiza, freeing 25 women and arresting four individuals. The women, mostly from Venezuela, were forced into prostitution under the pressure of false debts. The members of the organization lured them with nonexistent job offers while actually keeping them in a state of exploitation. Their living conditions were strictly controlled and monitored. The operation, codenamed 'Gecaroni,' followed a lengthy investigation.
