Prices for three-bedroom apartments have reached as high as €1,850 per month in many areas. Even one-bedroom apartments are hard to find for less than €750. Overall, the situation remains challenging, with prices in some areas surpassing those in Nicosia. Changes are expected in the coming years as urban incentives are fully implemented.
